These messages may concern the Companies' goods/products, ideas, services, discounts, promotions, initiatives, incentive or other prize draws, projects, and/or joint projects with the Companies' partner organizations. You also agree to receive greetings for birthdays, holidays, and other significant and noteworthy dates, information about jobs and vacancies within the Companies, as well as any other type of advertising/marketing offers.

Withdrawing Consent for the Processing of Personal Data for Direct Marketing Purposes and Terminating Data Processing

You have the right at any time to refuse the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and to withdraw your consent easily and free of charge.

You can withdraw your consent for personal data processing / request the termination of personal data processing (refusal) in the same form through which the direct marketing (advertising/marketing offers) is carried out.

For example, if direct marketing (advertising/marketing offers) is carried out by sending a short text message (SMS), you can request the termination of data processing for this purpose (refusal) in the same form: for example, by sending "SMSOFF," "STOPSMS," or other digit(s)/text that accompanies the short text message.

For example, if direct marketing (advertising/marketing offers) is carried out by sending electronic messages to an email address, you can request the termination of data processing for this purpose (refusal) in the same form, by using the "unsubscribe" mechanism or another similar mechanism that accompanies the electronic message.

As an exception, and subject to your proper identification as a user, you may declare your withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes / request the termination of personal data processing (refusal) by directly contacting the Companies through their communication channels.

To avoid any misunderstanding, the Companies clarify that your withdrawal of consent does not apply to receiving informational messages and communications from the Company that serve to inform you about the services directly provided to you by the Company.
